We employ industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and Azure Key Vault for secrets management. Each tenant's data is stored in an isolated database to ensure complete data separation.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Microsoft Azure Marketplace: Trelliss is sold through the Azure Marketplace. Your billing and subscription data is managed by Microsoft as part of your Azure agreement. We do not process or store payment information directly.
  • Email Marketing: If you opt in to receive updates, your name and email address are stored in our email marketing platform (Loops) for the purpose of sending product news and launch announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, and your data will be removed from the mailing list.
  • Service Providers: We may share data with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as email delivery (Azure Communication Services), analytics (Plausible), and hosting (Microsoft Azure).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you terminate your subscription, your tenant data is archived for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
