About Trelliss
Trelliss was born out of frustration. After years of evaluating helpdesk platforms - tools that were either bloated with features nobody asked for, locked into rigid workflows, or completely disconnected from the Azure ecosystem - we decided to build something better.
We wanted a helpdesk that was native to Azure, supported multi-tenant isolation out of the box, and gave every customer a fully branded experience without compromise. Most importantly, we wanted AI that actually understood the product being supported, not a generic chatbot bolted on as an afterthought.
That's why we built Trelliss Cortex; an AI layer grounded in your codebase, documentation, and resolved ticket history. It's the kind of support intelligence we always wished existed.
