Will there be a free trial?
Yes - every plan will include a free trial with no credit card required. Your tenant is provisioned instantly through the Azure Marketplace.
What does multi-tenant mean for my data?
Each tenant gets a completely separate Azure SQL database. Your data is never co-mingled with other tenants. Backups, encryption, and access controls are all tenant-specific.
Can I customise the look and feel?
Absolutely. Upload your logo, set brand colours, and get a custom subdomain (yourcompany.trelliss.io). The Professional and Enterprise plans include full white-label branding with custom email templates.
Which authentication providers are supported?
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google OAuth, email/password, and magic links. Each tenant can configure different providers for agents and customers independently.
How is billing handled?
Trelliss is sold through the Azure Marketplace, so billing goes through your existing Azure subscription. You can choose pay-as-you-go or reserved pricing for better rates on annual commitments.
Is there an API?
Yes. Enterprise plans include API access with support for ticket retrieval and Cortex data ingestion. We are expanding API coverage over time based on customer needs.
